Charities, NGOs, humanitarian groups, community organisations, volunteer-led teams and other not-for-profits. We may ask for a few details about your organisation during your pricing review.
Are the prices on the website my prices?
No. Prices shown on the website are RRP. Your organisation's pricing tier is set with you during the custom pricing review, and tier discounts can reach 50% or more off RRP.
Can you add our logo?
Yes, where your bulk order meets the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom logo application. We assess this with you as part of your quote.
How long does an order take?
Production typically takes 3–8 days, and shipping typically takes 7–35 days depending on the freight method and destination. We plan air or sea freight around your needs.
Do you handle freight and customs?
Yes. PrepPro arranges freight and duties paid through customs, so your order arrives without surprises.
What happens after delivery?
PrepPro donates a support package with your order and provides ongoing support plus warranty priority.
