We're Tom and Ash, the founders of PrepPro. More importantly, we're parents to four incredible kids: three boys and one girl. Like a lot of Aussie families, we were searching for a way to balance work, raise our kids and deal with the curveballs life throws our way.
When we officially launched in November 2024, we honestly had no idea what we were doing. We didn't even realise we needed marketing just to get people to visit the website. We started with just 20 products and a big dream: sell a few survival kits a month so Ash could stay home with the kids.
It grew into something much bigger than we ever imagined. Since then we've expanded to over 450 product variations, built our own website, created clothing lines, packed orders from home and connected with amazing customers right across Australia. We've made plenty of mistakes, and every one of them taught us something.
Are our photos as polished as the big-name brands? Not yet. But everything you see is built with heart, hustle and a deep belief in what we're doing. Being prepared isn't about panic or fear. It's about confidence, self-reliance and taking care of the people you love.
