Humble Beginnings
PREPPRO AUSTRALIA
PrepPro was born from a dream, fueled by determination, and brought to life by the unwavering support of a passionate community. Founded by Tom and Ash, we’re a family of six—a big, blended, beautiful family with four incredible kids (three boys and one girl) ranging in age from 1 to 9. Like many families, we wanted to create a life that allowed us to balance work, family, and the unexpected challenges life throws our way.
It all started as an idea to help Ash stay home and focus on raising our little ones while Tom worked away. The plan was simple: build and sell 10-20 survival kits a month to create a bit of side income. But what started as a small side project quickly turned into something much bigger. We opened a social media page to share our vision, and to our surprise, it resonated with so many people. Followers flooded in, their passion and support lighting a fire we hadn’t anticipated. They believed in our dream so much that they made us believe in it too.
That’s when we decided to dive in neck-deep, throwing everything we had—and even what we didn’t have—into turning PrepPro into a reality. And we did it all ourselves. From designing our website and coordinating with shipping partners and suppliers to creating clothing and survival kits, every single aspect of PrepPro was a labor of love and determination. Have we done it perfectly? No. Are the pictures polished like a professional's? Not quite. Is the website sleek and modern? Maybe not. But it’s real, it’s ours, and it’s built with heart, soul, and passion poured into every detail.
In just four months, through countless late nights and long days, we poured ourselves into building something we’re truly proud of. The support and encouragement from our growing community kept us going, and what we’ve achieved in such a short time is more than we ever could have imagined just six months ago.

We remain deeply rooted in our original mission: to provide durable, affordable, and reliable gear for families, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone who values being prepared.
