How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are packed within 2 business days. From there, Express delivery typically takes 2–4 business days to metro areas and Standard delivery 5–7 business days, with regional and remote areas taking a little longer. Every order includes tracking. Supplier Direct items take 8–12 business days, and pre-orders ship once stock arrives, anywhere from about 1 week to 8+ weeks depending on where the stock is in production and shipping.
What is a Supplier Direct product?
Supplier Direct items are sent straight from our trusted supplier warehouses in Australia or overseas, rather than from our own shelves. They are clearly labelled on the product page, usually arrive within 8–12 business days and may arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Can I pay in instalments?
