PrepPro Shipping Policy

At PrepPro Australia, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle delivery, shipping times, and responsibilities.

1. Signature Requirement

  • Signature Required on Delivery: All orders from PrepPro Australia require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes due to this requirement. Please ensure that the delivery address provided has someone available to sign for the goods. If preferred, we can deliver your order to your workplace.

2. Shipping Times

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days after payment has been successfully processed. This is subject to stock availability and any items that may be on backorder.
  • Standard shipping times within Australia typically range from 5-7 business days depending on your location.
  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, PrepPro cannot guarantee delivery dates due to potential delays caused by third-party carriers, postal services, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Risk and Responsibility

  • Risk Transfer: Once the products have been dispatched and collected by the relevant postal service, the risk associated with the products passes to you. This means that after the goods leave our facility, any damage or loss during transit is beyond our control.
  • Address Changes and Signature Waivers: If you request changes to the delivery address or waive the signature requirement after your order has been dispatched, you assume full responsibility for the delivery from that point forward. Any such changes, including requests to leave items in a safe place without a signature, will be considered as delivered according to the terms of the postal service provider.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
  • PrepPro offers free shipping on orders over a certain amount, as specified on our website. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates apply.

5. Delivery Address Requirements

  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes due to the requirement for a signature upon delivery. Please provide a valid residential or business address where someone is available to sign for the package.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, PrepPro only ships within Australia. We do not offer international shipping but are working to expand our delivery areas in the future.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately to ensure:
    • They are the correct products as ordered.
    • They have not been damaged during transit.
    • They are not faulty.
    • No parts are missing.

If there are any issues, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and confirm in writing within 5 days. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the products being considered accepted by you.

8. Missing or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or parts are missing, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order details. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned to us, and once received, we will dispatch the correct item at no additional cost to you. We will also cover the return postage costs for the incorrect item.

10. Delayed Deliveries

  • While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur that are outside our control. PrepPro is not liable for delays caused by third-party postal services, customs processing, or other unforeseen factors. We recommend that you track your order using the tracking information provided at dispatch.
