Pre Order Policy

PREPPRO AUSTRALIA

This Pre‑Order Policy applies to all pre‑orders placed with PREPPRO AUSTRALIA (“we”, “us”, “our”). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and must be read together with our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

By placing a pre‑order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. WHAT IS A PRE‑ORDER?

A pre‑order is the purchase of a product that is not available for immediate dispatch at the time of purchase but is expected to become available at a later date.

Pre‑ordered items may be:

  • Manufactured specifically to meet customer demand
  • Procured from third‑party suppliers
  • Allocated from inventory already ordered and currently en route to us

All pre‑order inventory is secured and allocated based on customer demand and reserved specifically for individual orders.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment is required at the time a pre‑order is placed
  • Deposits or partial payments are not accepted
  • Once payment is processed, your pre‑order is confirmed and inventory is allocated to your order

3. PRE‑ORDER PRICING & DISCOUNT

  • Eligible pre‑order items are offered at a 10% discount off the advertised standard retail price
  • This discount reflects the extended wait time associated with pre‑ordered products
  • Pre‑order discounts:
    • Apply only to designated pre‑order items
    • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated
    • Cannot be applied retrospectively

Prices may increase once stock becomes available for immediate dispatch.

4. ESTIMATED TIMEFRAMES

  • Pre‑orders generally take six (6) weeks or longer to arrive and be dispatched
  • All timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guarantees
  • Delays may occur due to factors including, but not limited to:
    • Manufacturing or supplier delays
    • International or domestic freight congestion
    • Customs processing
    • Weather events
    • Industrial action
    • Global logistics or supply‑chain disruptions

Pre‑orders are supplied within the timeframe disclosed or, where no fixed date applies, within a reasonable time in the circumstances.

5. DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

PREPPRO AUSTRALIA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including shipping delays, weather events, supplier issues, port congestion, or force majeure events.

Such delays do not automatically constitute a failure to supply within a reasonable time under Australian Consumer Law.

6. BINDING NATURE OF PRE‑ORDERS

All pre‑orders are binding purchases.

Inventory is ordered, produced, or allocated specifically based on confirmed customer demand. Once the cancellation window (see Section 7) has passed, pre‑orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. 24‑HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW

We offer a strict 24‑hour cancellation window from the time the pre‑order is placed.

Conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement
  • Requests received after this window will not be accepted
  • Refunds after this period are not provided for change‑of‑mind reasons

Australian Consumer Law does not require businesses to accept change‑of‑mind cancellations, including for online purchases, where terms are clearly disclosed.

8. ORDER CHANGES

After the 24‑hour cancellation window:

  • Products, sizes, colours, or variants cannot be changed
  • Orders cannot be split, merged, or amended

Customers are responsible for confirming all order details prior to checkout.

9. SHIPPING & FULFILMENT

All shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Mixed Orders (In‑Stock & Pre‑Order Items)

If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, PREPPRO AUSTRALIA will generally:

  • Dispatch available in‑stock items first, and
  • Ship pre‑order items separately once they arrive, particularly where the order contains a large volume of in‑stock products

In some cases, orders may be held and shipped together at our discretion based on logistics or operational efficiency.

Shipping Costs

  • Split shipments may incur additional shipping charges
  • Applicable shipping fees are disclosed at checkout or prior to dispatch

Dispatch vs Delivery

  • Dispatch timeframes commence once items are received at our facility
  • Delivery timeframes are controlled by third‑party carriers

Once dispatched, PREPPRO AUSTRALIA will assist with delivery issues but is not responsible for courier delays.

10. GOODWILL GIFT CARD FOR EXTENDED PRE‑ORDER DELAYS

To acknowledge the inconvenience of extended wait times, PREPPRO AUSTRALIA offers the following goodwill gesture:

If dispatch of a pre‑ordered item exceeds six (6) weeks from the date the pre‑order was placed and the total pre‑order value exceeds $149.95 AUD (excluding shipping and gift cards), a $25 PREPPRO AUSTRALIA digital gift card will be issued to the customer.

Conditions:

  • The gift card:
    • Is issued as a gesture of goodwill only
    • Is not redeemable for cash
    • Is non‑transferable and non‑refundable
  • Only one (1) gift card per eligible order will be issued
  • The gift card may be issued automatically or following internal review, at our discretion
  • Issuance of a gift card:
    • Does not constitute an admission of fault
    • Does not waive or replace any consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law
  • This goodwill offer does not create a guaranteed delivery timeframe

11. REFUNDS & RETURNS (AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW)

Change of Mind

  • No refunds are provided for change‑of‑mind once the 24‑hour cancellation window has passed

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a remedy where goods:

  • Are faulty
  • Are not as described
  • Are unsafe
  • Are not supplied within a reasonable time where the delay constitutes a major failure

For major failures, customers may choose a refund or replacement as required by law.

12. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Minor variations in colour, packaging, branding, or specifications may occur due to supplier or manufacturing changes. Minor variations that do not affect product function, safety, or performance do not constitute a fault.

13. INABILITY TO SUPPLY

If we are unable to supply a pre‑ordered product:

  • We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable
  • You will be entitled to an appropriate remedy, including a refund, as required under Australian Consumer Law

We do not accept payment where we do not intend to supply, or where we know we cannot supply within a reasonable time.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, or major supply‑chain disruptions, to the extent permitted by law.

15. POLICY UPDATES

This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to your purchase.
