Does it really last for life?
Yes. Once you are verified, your 15% is linked to your email address and works on every order you place with that email. There is no expiry and no need to reapply.
What can I use it on?
All one-time purchases across the store, including sale and clearance items. Gift cards are not discounted.
Can I combine it with other offers?
No. The heroes discount cannot be stacked with other discount codes, such as the newsletter 10% or the kit builder 10%. At checkout, use whichever saves you more.
I'm retired or have left the service. Can I apply?
Veterans of the Australian Defence Force are eligible. If you have left another service, apply anyway and tell us about your service, and we will let you know.
What proof do you need?
A photo of your service ID, payslip header, discharge certificate or similar that shows your name and organisation. Please cover any ID or card numbers before you send it.
