An IBC tap with a hose adapter, so you can run water straight from the tank to a garden hose.
This adapter has an alloy tap and a removable plastic spigot. The supplier describes the alloy as acid, alkali, pressure and corrosion resistant, with a sealing ring that is easy to replace.
The adapter lets you connect a hose for emptying the tank and can also be used for finer flow control. It is built for the coarse S60x6 thread found on many IBC containers, so confirm your tank's outlet before ordering.
