📖 Description
A no-power way to air dry herbs, chillies and produce.
This hanging drying net has five mesh shelves inside a zip-up mesh enclosure. Hang it in a breezy, sheltered spot and spread herbs, chillies, sliced fruit or vegetables across the tiers. The mesh lets air move through while keeping flies, insects and birds off the food.
It's held in shape by a steel wire frame and folds flat for storage when you're not using it. A two-way metal zip on the front makes loading and checking easy.

⚠️ Important Information & Care
Food safety: Air drying works well for herbs, chillies and some fruit, but it's slow and depends on the weather. You need warm, dry, breezy conditions with low humidity; in humid or cool weather food can spoil or go mouldy before it dries. Keep the zip closed to protect food from flies and insects, hang the net off the ground and out of reach of pets, birds and rodents, and bring it in overnight or if rain or dew is likely.
Meat and fish: Air drying at outdoor temperatures won't kill bacteria in meat or fish. Only air dry fish or meat if it has been properly salted or cured for drying, or heated to a safe internal temperature (at least 71°C, 75°C for poultry) first. If in doubt, use a dehydrator or oven instead.
Storage: Once food is fully dry and brittle or leathery with no moist spots, store it airtight in a cool, dry, dark place and check it for mould or off smells before eating.
Care: Hand wash the mesh in warm soapy water and let it dry fully before folding away. Long periods in strong sun can weaken the mesh, so store it out of the sun between uses.
