📖 Description
Grow up to 108 plants in a tiered NFT pipe frame – a serious home salad and herb garden in about one square metre.
This nutrient film technique (NFT) system runs a thin stream of nutrient solution along 63mm PVC-U pipes, past the roots of each plant, and back to your reservoir. The included controller runs the pump for 5 minutes in every 30, saving power and wear on the pump.
The tiered frame stands approx. 98 x 48 x 110cm and holds 108 plants in 32mm holes, so you can keep a rolling harvest of lettuce, Asian greens, herbs and strawberries going in a small space.
You will need to supply your own reservoir (tub or tank) and hydroponic nutrients.

Keep the controller, plug and power point dry and away from water, and use a drip loop on the power lead. Unplug the pump before handling it. Protect electrical parts from rain. Never run the pump dry.
NFT suits leafy greens, herbs and strawberries best. Clean pipes and baskets between crops. Sizes are approximate.
