Kemmie potassium sorbate is a high-purity white granule with an assay specification of 99.0% to 101.0%. It is manufactured to FCC specifications, as stated by the supplier.
Potassium sorbate is a widely used preservative. Winemakers and brewers add it to stabilise finished wine, cider and other drinks before back-sweetening. It is also used in food production and in cosmetic and skincare formulations. The granules dissolve in water for easy measuring and mixing.
