⚠️ Important Information & Care
Use as directed for your recipe or process. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid breathing in the dust and avoid contact with eyes.
This is a potassium compound. If you have a kidney condition or take medications that affect potassium levels, check with your doctor or pharmacist before adding it to food or drinks regularly. This is a caution, not a health claim.
Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat and moisture.
Shelf life: Orku does not state a shelf-life figure. Potassium bicarbonate is stable when kept sealed, dry and at room temperature; one US manufacturer (Armand Products) suggests retesting stock every two years where exact strength matters. Check the best-before date on the pack.
