The PW500 is an ultralight spinning reel with a 5.2:1 gear ratio and a maximum drag of 11lbs. It has a CNC aluminium spool, an aluminium alloy line spool, a metal bail, a metal rotating gear disc and a high-strength nylon body.
The CNC aluminium handle is foldable and swaps between left and right hand. The supplier describes a hollow frame to keep weight down, and lists it for ice, lake, river, surf and boat fishing.
