Orku potassium citrate monohydrate is a white granular powder with a 99.7% assay. In food and beverage production it is used as a buffering agent, emulsifier and acidity regulator.
The supplier states it complies with BP, USP, EP, FCC and E332 standards, and that it is also suitable for cosmetic, laboratory and industrial formulations. It dissolves easily in water.
