⚠️ Important Information & Care
Use as a food ingredient in the amounts your recipe or process specifies. It is not sold as a supplement or medicine. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid breathing in the dust and avoid contact with eyes.
This is a potassium compound. If you have a kidney condition or take medications that affect potassium levels, check with your doctor or pharmacist before adding it to food or drinks regularly. This is a caution, not a health claim.
Storage: It is hygroscopic (draws moisture from the air), so reseal straight after use. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture, with the container tightly closed (per Orku's retail listing).
Shelf life: Orku does not state a shelf-life figure. Check the best-before date on the pack.
